The third international forum on pharmaceutical competitiveness kicked off in Yerevan on November 16.
“Armenia has strong potential to develop the pharmaceutical market. The main thing needed is a correct marketing policy,” RA Economy Minister Nerses Yeritsyan said in his opening remarks.
According to him, the government is willing to help companies forwarding new ideas and investment programs.
“Presently, locally manufactured drugs make 15% of the market while 40% is imported to CIS countries,” he said.
