After his the meeting with President of Belorussia first President of the USSR Mikhail Gorbachev stated that Armenia follows the process of formation of the Russia-Belarus Union with great interest. He said that Armenians wanted to see the future developments - whether Russia would engulf Belarus or it was an equal community. Only after this, according to Gorbachev's words, Yerevan will decide whether it is on the same way with the Union or not.
