On November 17 International Students’ Day, Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan met with Yerevan State Engineering University students.

In his address, the Prime Minister emphasized the importance of efficiency of young specialists, effective time management and self-belief as the crucial aspects in the future of the country.

“The basic resource of the 21st century is the intellectual one,” the Prime Minister concluded.
