RA Deputy Minister of Economy urges tour operators to offer clients to travel to India

Armenian Deputy Minister of Economy Ara Petrosyan said that direct flight between Yerevan and Delhi created the prerequisites, which are needed for boosting bilateral tourist ties between Armenia and India.

“Our nations have rich history and culture, what provides with the opportunity to better understand each other and establish tourist ties,” Petrosyan said in Yerevan in his opening remarks at a seminar - Stimulation of Tourism between Armenia and India.

Ara Petrosyan urged Armenia’s tour operators to offer their clients to travel to India to gradually integrate the Armenian people into the world tourism.

The seminar is organized by the Armenian Ministry of Economy and Indian embassy in Armenia.
