Head of Luys Foundation Oleg Gabrielyan was elected member of the city council of Simferopol, Ukraine.

He was also elected chairman of the standing committee on culture, tourism and inter-ethnic relations, Analitika.at.ua reported.

Gabrielyan is a co-chairman of the association of political scientists of Crimea, rector of Crimea University of Culture and the author of numerous publications and monographs.
