  Araik Mirzoyan wins U23 Weightlifting Championships November 25, 2010 - 12:02 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia’s Araik Mirzoyan won the U23 Weightlifting Championships in 77kg weight category, lifting 155 in the snatch and 186 in the clean & jerk (totaling 341kg). Aghasi Aghasyan won silver, lifting 336kg in the snatch and clean & jerk. Turkey’s Semih Yagci finished 3rd with 325kg. Earlier, Elen Grigoryan (53kg) and Rubik Mamoyan (62kg) won silver medals. Vanik Avetisyan (69kg) won bronze. Aram Andrikyan (85kg), Aghvan Melikyan and Norayr Vardanyan (both 94kg) will enter the competition on November 25.
