Karen Bekaryan: OSCE summit in Astana became a new stage in Karabakh conflict settlement

PanARMENIAN.Net - At OSCE summit in Astana, equality of 3 main principles of international law: peoples’ right for self-determination, non-use of force and territorial integrity principle was consolidated for the first time, according to European Integration chairman Karen Bekaryan.

As he told a news conference in Yerevan, previous statements of the Organization as well as other international structures were ambiguous, at times giving territorial integrity principle prevalence over peoples’ right for self-determination.

“OSCE summit in Astana became a new stage in Karabakh conflict settlement,” the expert noted.
