As he told a news conference in Yerevan, previous statements of the Organization as well as other international structures were ambiguous, at times giving territorial integrity principle prevalence over peoples’ right for self-determination. “OSCE summit in Astana became a new stage in Karabakh conflict settlement,” the expert noted.
