Elina Danileyan has dropped out of the 2010 Women’s World Chess Championships that kicked off in Antakya, Turkey, on December 4.

Danileyan suffered a defeat in two games against Russia’s Tatiana Shadrina in round 1

Another Armenia’s representative Lilit Mkrtchyan tied a game with China’s Xiaowen Zhang. The winner will be determined after an additional game.
