Viktor Krivopuskov: Armenia steps towards commercialization of scientific developments

A Russian-Armenian workshop on innovative policy and commercialization of scientific developments kicked off in Yerevan on December 6, 2010.

Leading Russian and Armenian scientists will discuss economy modernization problems.

“Armenia has always been remarkable for its scientific potential. That is why this country participates in the CIS and EurAsEC innovative programs,” head of Rossotrudnichestvo representation in Yerevan Viktor Krivopuskov said.

“We attempt to create a common scientific area which dissolved after the USSR decline,” Armenian Education Ministry official Samvel Harutyunyan commented to a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

“The CIS countries have had no infrastructure since gaining independences, what hampers the process of integration into European structures,” he said.
