Settlement of Azerbaijan-Armenia, Turkey –Armenia issues might greatly boost the regional potential, Turkish Minister of Economy Nihat Ergun stated at his visit to Kars.

As he pointed out, Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway construction is a very important project capable of attracting significant investments.

The Minister further emphasized the importance of resolution of Karabakh issue for Ankara.

Ergun characterised Turkey as a tolerant country, noting, “were it not for our country’s tolerance, Armenia would have faced much more serious problems,” Siyasalbirikim.com.tr reported.
