. According to expert's inquiry, the famous Russian businessman, Azerbaijanian by birth, Vagit Aleckperov is recognized as the most influential representative of the CIS business-elite. The Found of investigation of the new sovereign States conducted the survey by request of information-analytic portal GazetaSNG.ru. There were participating 320 experts from 12 States of the Commonwealth. "The influential mark" of Aleckperov, who is the head of the Oil Company "Lukoil", is 9,3 from 10 possible. The list of the most influential businessmen continue the former vise-president of Ukraine Yulij Timoshenko (8,9 marks) and Anatolij Tchoubais. The top ten-leader list includes also the president of "Gasprom" Rem Viakhirev, the information magnate Dariga Nazarbaeva, the daughter of the President of Kazakhstan, and the vise-president of the State Oil Concern Ilkham Aliev, the son of the President of Azerbaijan. They have more than five "influential marks". The president of the Union of Russian Armenians Ara Abrahamian takes the 14 place. He is in the second tenth next to Boris Berezovski and Oleg Deripaski.
