Grant Thornton Amyot LLC was reorganized as Grant Thornton CJSC.

The trading name of the firm has been changed to reflect the Grant Thornton International global policy on achieving a stronger cohesion among the network firms around the globe.

In the mean time, the transformation of the legal-organizational status of the firm was carried out to support the continuous growth of the firm in Armenia and its subsidiaries in other jurisdictions (Georgia, Tajikistan) and provide the management of the firm with more refined governance tools.
