The draw of Armenian top division and Armenian Cup matches was held in the headquarters of the Football Federation of Armenia on December 14, 2010.

9 teams will play in both tournaments.

The Armenian Cup 2011 will kick off with Shirak-Ararat match, the winner of which will play against Pyunik.
