Normalization of relations with Armenia is hampered by Yerevan-Baku tensions, Turkish Foreign Minister said.

“The most important thing is not just to open the border but to keep it open,” Ahmet Davutoglu told a concluding news conference.

“Both Turkey and Armenia experience some problems with democratization,” he said, Zaman reported.
