Dietitian advises Armenians to increase physical activity

PanARMENIAN.Net - Dietitian of the Scientific and Research Institute of Balneology and Physical Medicine at the RA Ministry of Healthcare Vardanush Petrosyan advised Armenians to increase their physical activity to avoid problems with obesity after the New Year holidays.

“Even if you lack time to go to a pool or similar places, you can walk before taking a transport. Besides, I recommend dancing, what you can do at home,” said Petrosyan.

According to the specialist, dancing contributes to feeling better and good mood.
