Report on Karabakh conflict presented in YerevanJanuary 22, 2011 - 09:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The research paper on Nagorno Karabakh conflict was presented in the Caucasus Institute (CI) in Yerevan on January 21, 2011. The paper titled “Nagorno Karabakh: Paradoxes of Power and Weakness in an Asymmetric Conflict” was prepared by prof. Larisa Deriglazova of Tomsk State University (Russia) and Dr. Sergey Minasyan, head of political studies department at CI. The presentation followed by a discussion of current trends and approaches to the conflict resolution. The publication and presentation are part of the 180-thousand euro “Building Capacity for Policy Debate in Armenia” project financed by the European Union.
