ARMENIAN FM MISLEADS PUBLIC, THEY SAY IN BAKU
YEREVAN, May 11. /Mediamax/. The Azerbaijani "Echo" paper says today quoting a source close to negotiation process that some details of Karabakh settlement plan promulgated by Armenia Foreign Minister Wednesday, do not correspond to the facts.
"Such settlement was never discussed, neither in Key West. Oskanian misleads the public intentionally," the source of "Echo" has said.
According to him, such false reports are meant for both Armenian and Azerbaijani publics. "The protests in Azerbaijan may lead to destabilization of situation in the country, which will play a negative role during the negotiations. Besides, if the negotiations promise an almost absolute success to Armenians, why then break the confidentiality, thus casting doubt on peace talks? This may never be called a fortuity. Armenians have started a new phase of war - informational provocation," the source of Baku paper says. --0--
