Azerbaijani expert: meetings between Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents will continue in 2011

Meetings between Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents and Foreign Ministers are an important component of a dialogue, essential for Karabakh conflict settlement, according to Azerbaijani expert.

“As far as I know, the dialogue between Armenia and Azerbaijan will be continued in 2011 in order to search for ways to reach lasting peace,” the editor-in-chief of Third View information agency Rauf Rajabov said.

Dwelling on Armenia-Turkey rapprochement, Rajabov expressed hope for resumption of process after parliamentary elections in Turkey, as well as its ability to positively contribute to Karabakh conflict settlement.

“Full integration of South Caucasus will only be possible upon resolution of all conflicts, including those between Armenia and Turkey,” the expert stressed.
