As Armen Rustamyan told a news conference in Yerevan, “defense of all political and civic rights starts with voting rights protection.” “A non-partisan movement, unifying various social and political sources in a struggle against forged elections, should be created. The movement will pursue two goals, representing forces ready to cope with violations and urging the population against selling their votes and allowing unlawful actions,” Rustamyan explained.
