Ambassador Ian Kelly, U.S. representative to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) said his country supports the Eastern Partnership initiative aimed to promote democratic reform in Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia.

“Peaceful resolution of conflicts remains one of the key tasks for the OSCE. Disagreement between the member states hampered adoption of the Astana draft action plan,” he said when addressing the Permanent Council in Vienna.

“To strengthen security, we should double efforts for a lasting settlement of these conflict,” Kelly said.
