Expert: Artsakh people’s opinion will be decisive in Karabakh conflict settlement

PanARMENIAN.Net - The opinion of the authorities and people of Artsakh will be decisive in Karabakh conflict settlement, an international law expert stated.

“Currently negotiated Madrid Principles are destructive to both Armenian and Azerbaijani sides. The suggestions stipulated in the document, fail to consider actual situation in Armenia, Karabakh and Azerbaijan over the last 20years,” Andreas Ghukasyan noted.

“Armenia’s agreeing to put its signature under Madrid principles will spell violation of NKR constitution, clearly specifying borders of Karabakh,” the expert concluded.
