"There is the golden rule of non-intervention in those borders which have been formed between two states", chairman of the Council of Federation of Russia, Yegor Stroyev said today after the meeting with Speaker of Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan Murtuz Aleskerov, speaking on Karabakh conflict settlement, as RIA-Novosti reports.
"There are principles of independence and integrity of the state", Stroyev noted.
