  Expert: new war in Karabakh will be fatal for Azerbaijan March 11, 2011 - 16:17 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan realizes that a new war in Karabakh will be fatal for it, the director of the Armenian subsidiary of the Institute of CIS Studies stated. As Alexander Markarov told a news conference in Yerevan, “the possibility of Azerbaijan’s military aggression is low, as both Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents expressed willingness to continue the peace settlement process to reach a result.”   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult.
