2010 World Champion Ashot Danielyan (74kg) won silver at Moscow-hosted Sambo World Supercup dedicated to the memory of one of the Sambo founders, Anatoly Kharlampiev.

Danielyan won all fights, having made it to the finals. As Armenian Sambo Federation told PanARMENIAN.Net, Danielyan broke his nose in finals, yet still continued to fight, losing 1 point to Russia’s Ilya Lebedev.
