Mihr Theater shows difference between real life and dreams at Theater-X FestivalMarch 29, 2011 - 19:04 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On March 28, Mihr Theater presented its Dreams in Dreams performance (Art Director Tsolak Mlke-Galstyan) as part of Theater-X Festival, showing the difference between waking life and the dream world. “The topic of dreams is a rather complicate, but interesting one. While staging the performance I had one main task - to establish a dialogue with the audience to show how we act in real life and dreams,” said Mlke-Galstyan. Discussions followed the performance under the festival format to provide people with the opportunity to share their impression of the performance. Mihr Theater was established in 2003 by Tsolak Mlke-Galstyan and his sister Shoghakat Mlke-Galstyan. They work in contemporary dance and plastic theater style. The theater has been awarded numerous prizes of various theater festivals in Europe, Asia, CIS and the U.S., but has not received a grand prix in motherland – Armenia.
