Students are not allowed in the streets, instead being summoned to their universities under various pretexts.

According to Fazil Agamaly, a Milli Majlis deputy and head of the Ana Vatan Party, Azeri opposition received USD 40 million from foreign sponsors to stir up tension in the country, Azadliq newspaper reported.
