PanARMENIAN.Net - New Times opposition party leader Aram Karapetyan subjected to criticism Tashir 2011 Armenian Music Awards held on April 3.

As he noted, the ceremony proved that the moral and psychological state of some representatives of Armenia and the Diaspora can be characterized as “feast in time of plague”.
