YEREVAN, February 28. /Mediamax/. President of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Arkady Ghukasian said at the meeting with the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Mircea Geoana in Yerevan that the Karabakh settlement "must be based on the situation, formed in the region, and not on artificially created models".
The interlocutors discussed the current stage of the Karabakh conflict settlement and the OSCE role in this process. NKR Foreign Minister Naira Melkumian took part in the meeting. --0--
