Darchinyan (35-3-1, 27 KOs), of Sydney, Australia, by way of Armenia, weighed in at 117.8 pounds and former IBF bantamweight champion Perez (20-1-1, 14 KOs), of Santa Fe Springs, Calif., by way of Colombia, tipped the scales at 117.6 pounds at the LA Live JW Marriott, Boxing Planet reported.
