Vazgen Badalyan, the coach of Vic “Raging Bull” Darchinyan, is pleased with the process and result of the Darchinyan’s April 23 bout against Johnny Perez.

“Vic acted right. He was aggressive and confident,” Badalyan said in a conversation with a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. “Perez is tall and Vic realized the danger. But he was irrepressible and reached his goal. He is a great fight and kept his promise.”

“The fans saw a real Vic Darchinyan, with his exact and quick punches,” Badalyan said.

Darchinyan dedicated his bout and his victory to the memory of the innocent victims of the Armenian Genocide in the Ottoman Empire.
