Tigran Sargsyan: students paying for their grades guilty of promoting corruption May 4, 2011 - 14:35 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On May 4, Yerevan State University (YSU) hosted another meeting between the University students and Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan. The effectiveness of an anti-corruption struggle was on discussion agenda.
