Second president of the Republic of Artsakh Arkady Ghukasyan, Head of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, speaker of the NKR National Assembly Ashot Ghulyan, Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan, supreme command staff of the Defense Army, other high ranking officials, veterans of the Artsakh Liberation War, as well as guests from Armenia and abroad participated in the event, the Central Information Department at the Artsakh President's Office reported.
