"A state-aggressor doesn't have the right to carry out peacekeeping activity," stated the Defense minister of Azerbaijan Safar Abiyev, voicing his opinion on the formation in the Armenian Armed Forces of a unit, meant to participate in peacekeeping operations under the umbrella of UN.As "Trend" reports, Safar Abiyev named this idea "absurd" at the meeting with the Greek Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mercurios Karafotias.
