OSCE WILL CONTINUE SUPPORT TO THE PROCESS OF LEGISLATIVE REFORMS IN ARMENIA
02.02.2001, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. Head of the OSCE Yerevan office, Ambassador Roy Reeve stated today that the OSCE in cooperation with Council of Europe experts will continue its assistance to the process of legislative reforms in Armenia.
Speaking at a press conference today in Yerevan, dedicated to the anniversary of the activity of OSCE office in Armenia, Reeve said he will meet with the leadership of the National Assembly next week, at which the spheres of legislation, in which the experts of the Council of Europe and the OSCE will cooperate with Armenian parliamentarians, will be determined.
Speaking of concrete bills, Ambassador Reeve particularly singled out the "Police Law", "Political Parties Law", "Law on alternative military service". --0--
