Mikha congratulated Armenian speaker on the occasion of Armenia's accession to the Council of Europe. A. Khachatrian forwarded to Mikha the invitation for his Romanian counterpart to visit Yerevan in 2001 and take part in the festivities, dedicated to the 1700th anniversary of adoption of Christianity as state religion in Armenia. -0-
