Search for bomb stopped in Zvartnots airportMay 19, 2011 - 18:42 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Spokesman of Zvartnots airport Gevorg Abrahamyan said that the search for a bomb in Zvartnots airport was stopped. “The entire territory of the airport was checked, but a bomb was not found,” Abrahamyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. He added that normal operation of the airport has resumed. The Armenian police received an alert that a bomb is placed in Zvartnots airport of Yerevan. The police officers were searching for the bomb. Abrahamyan said earlier that representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were evacuating passengers and employees of the airport, as well as clarifying circumstances of the obtained information.
