There are certain expectations for a document to be signed based on Kazan-hosted meeting between Serzh Sargsyan and Ilham Aliyev on June 25, a political expert said.
As Caucasus Institute Director Alexander Iskandaryan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, attempts to pressure the presidents will be made; however, the probability is high the pressure won’t work in current situation.
“Were an agreement of a sort be signed, it would be no more than a vague document, confirming the principles with a side effect of influencing the post-election period in Turkey,” he said.
