CONTROL HOUSE TO BE SET UP IN NAGORNO KARABAKH
23.12.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. The National Assembly of NKR adopted the "NKR National Assembly Law" on December 22 during the third reading. The law particularly envisages setting up a Control House.
In accord with the new law a special session of the parliament can be summoned by NKR President, as well as by the third of deputies. The former law authorized the Speaker and the Presidium of NKR National Assembly with such right as well. -0-
