  NKR Foreign Minister skeptical about Kazan meeting June 10, 2011 - 17:10 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Nagorno Karabakh Foreign Minister Georgy Petrosyan is skeptical over the possibility of a breakthrough on Karabakh issue during the oncoming meeting between Armenian, Azerbaijani and Russian presidents. At a news conference in Yerevan, Mr. Petrosyan refrained from assessing any Armenian President’s efforts to resolve the Karabakh issue. “Conflict settlement is a dynamic, ever-altering process, which depends on many factors,” he noted. A meeting between Armenian, Azerbaijani and Russian presidents to focus on Karabakh conflict settlement was scheduled for June 25 in Kazan, Russia.   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
