NKR Foreign Minister skeptical about Kazan meeting

PanARMENIAN.Net - Nagorno Karabakh Foreign Minister Georgy Petrosyan is skeptical over the possibility of a breakthrough on Karabakh issue during the oncoming meeting between Armenian, Azerbaijani and Russian presidents.

At a news conference in Yerevan, Mr. Petrosyan refrained from assessing any Armenian President’s efforts to resolve the Karabakh issue. “Conflict settlement is a dynamic, ever-altering process, which depends on many factors,” he noted.

A meeting between Armenian, Azerbaijani and Russian presidents to focus on Karabakh conflict settlement was scheduled for June 25 in Kazan, Russia.
