At June the 17 session, Armenian government ratified the national 2011-2015 strategic program for the struggle against gender violence, as well as the schedule of activities for its implementation.

As Armenian Minister of Labor and Social Issues Artur Grigoryan noted, the decision will allow to set priority directions in Armenia’s policy towards gender violence extermination, creating equal conditions for women in the society.
