ARFD in Artsakh calls on mediators to refrain from peace undermining steps

With regard to the Kazan meeting between Presidents of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia, the Central Committee of Artsakh’s Armenian Revolutionary Federation Dashnaktsutyun came out with a statement.

“Assessing the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs’ efforts for maintenance of peace in the process of Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, welcoming the three main principles of international law offered by the parties to the conflict, namely, non-use of force, the right of people for self-determination and territorial integrity, and excluding modification of these three principles without direct engagement of Karabakh in talks, considering deployment of international peacekeeping forces in the conflict zone inadmissible, the Central Committee of Artsakh ARF Dashnaktsutyun calls on the co-chairs and mediating missions to refrain from steps undermining the balance and peaceful settlement of the conflict,” the statement runs.
