  VivaCell-MTS to increase download speed within Connect Unlimited tariff plan June 24, 2011 - 19:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Mobile TeleSystems OJSC subsidiary VivaCell-MTS announced increase in download speed within MTS Connect Unlimited tariff plan. Starting from the 6th downloaded GB during the month, the download speed in the daytime will be increased to 512 Kbps instead of the previous 128 Kbps. The upload speed will be kept at 128 Kbps regardless of the time of the day. Similarly, within the MTS Connect Unlimited+ tariff plan, starting from the 11th downloaded GB during the month, the download speed in the daytime will be increased to 1 Mbps instead of the previous 128 Kbps; the upload speed will be kept at 128 Kbps regardless of the time of the day.
