THE GOVERNMENT OF ARMENIA SUBMITTED TO THE PARLIAMENT THE CORRECTED PROJECT FOR THE BUDGET 2001
27.11.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. The government of Armenia approved at today's special session the corrected law project of the State budget-2001 and submitted it to the National Assembly of Armenia.
The amendments to the project of budget-2001 were introduced with the consideration of the results of talks with the international financial institutions, was reported to Mediamax in the press service of the government of Armenia.
Unlike the former project of the budget-2001, the present variant suggests reducing the income part for 10 billion drams, which makes up 195 billion drams. The expenditure part has remained unchanged, making up 245 billion drams. In the corrected variant of the budget-2001 the deficit is cut down and makes up 50 billion drams.
The government of Armenia also decided to shift payment of internal debts for the past years to 2002. -0-
