Salvador Dali’s graphic drawings exhibit opens in Yerevan

PanARMENIAN.Net - On July 7, National Gallery of Armenia launched the printed drawings exhibit.

The exhibit, featuring 160 works is dedicated to world-known masters of surrealism, Salvador Dali, Hans Bellmer, Leonor Fini, Giorgio de Chirico.

Among other works, the exhibit highlights xylographs of abstractionism founder Wassily Kandinsky, courtesy of Christine Argillet Gallery, LA.

Works of Armenian artists, influenced by surrealism, including those by Kochar, Hakobyan, Tutunjyan, Khachatryan, Parajanov are also presented.

The exhibit will last till October 15.
