Results of Joao Soares’s visit to the region will help him prepare a report on Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement. The Honorary Chairman of OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Portuguese parliamentarian Joao Soares was appointed to the post of OSCE PA President’s Special Representative in South Caucasus on Sunday. As the head of the Armenian delegation to OSCE PA, Aram Safaryan told a news conference on July 8, “Today, OSCE PA President Petros Efthymiou met with Armenian and Azerbaijani delegates to coordinate the candidature of OSCE PA President’s Special Representative in South Caucasus.
