Nalbandian meets new OSCE Secretary General

PanARMENIAN.Net - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Edward Nalbandian , who is currently in Vienna, on July 15 met with new OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier .

Nalbandian congratulated Zannier on his jobholding and expressed hope that the latter will have an input to implementation of European organizations goals.

The Minister also noted that Armenia has always underlined the role of OSCE in provision of security and cooperation in Europe and will continue active work in all spheres of the organization.

At a request of the OSCE Secretary General, Nalbandian presented the latest developments in Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement and stressed importance of OSCE Minsk Group in resolution of the problem.

For continuation of the dialogue, the Armenian Minister invited Zannier to Armenia.
