Ameriabank CJSC signed a Continuing Agreement for Reimbursement of Trade Advances (CARTA) with Citibank, enabling to get $4 mln worth funds for financing trade.

The attracted loan is to ensure competitive interest rate for bank’s clients and expand financial opportunities for foreign trade deals.

According to the bank’s press service, it is the first time when Citibank granted Armenian bank funds, based on condition of Ameriabank’s financial stability. The bank cooperates with Citibank also within the framework of other agreements, particularly, credit lines are open for regulating day-to-day cash money inflows and implementing trade financing deals.
