SPEAKERS OF ARMENIAN AND KARABAKH'S PARLIAMENTS STAND FOR STIRRING UP COOPERATION
11.11.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. The cooperation between Armenia and Karabakh is not satisfactory because of some objective reasons, Oleg Yesayan, the Speaker of Karabakh's parliament stated after his meeting with the delegation of the Armenian parliament.
Mediamax was informed from Stepanakert that the Speaker of Karabakh's parliament expressed hope that this visit of the Armenian parliamentarians will allow to raise the relations between the legislative fields of the both states to a new stage.
According to the Speaker Yesayan the enhancement of cooperation between Armenia and Karabakh on parliamentary level is very important for Karabakh as it is not recognized yet by the world community. Contacts within the frames of interparliamentary commission enables Karabakh's deputies to take part in the work of Armenian National Assembly, to discuss together with their Armenian colleagues the basic laws of the republic, Yesayan said. --0--
