Effective since July 19 this year, Chrystie Management Inc. has become the holder of 100% shares of Armbusinessbank CJSC.

As the bank’s press service reports, as of 19.07.2011 the Bank share capital comprises to AMD13,450 thousand, which is made up of 26,900 ordinary shares.
