AZERI PRESIDENT CONVEYED TO TURKEY FOR CURE
Due to aggravation of the state of health Azeri president Heydar Aliyev left for Turkey via a special air flight May 3 evening. As reported by "Arminfo" agency referring to "Turan," no official reports were made on the occasion of the president's departure and the flight was executed under secrecy conditions. The same day the Azeri president's press service said the state head had held a sitting of the Security Council, the details of which were not reported. STV Turkish channel reported yesterday Aliyev was in "Gulhane" Ankara hospital, but nothing was said about his health. Let us remind that during a solemn address in Baku April 21 the state of health of the Azeri president abruptly worsened. Last week president's son Ilham Aliyev told journalists Heydar Aliyev's treatment would last 4-5 weeks and he would return to work without fail.
